The only minor downside was a bit of a climb to access certain areas, but it was worth it for the experience we had!

I am absolutely outraged with my experience at this hotel! The room we were given was nothing like the stunning pictures advertised online. After raising this issue, we were shown another room, but it still failed to match the misleading photos, leaving us feeling cheated. Additionally, the breakfast service was a complete disaster. despite filling out the order form, they consistently forgot items. To top it all off, the noise from a nearby restaurant made it impossible to sleep comfortably at night.
